"The Honours degree in Biology and Psychology is designed for the student who is interested human biology from a behavioural and neurobiological perspective. This program gives you the freedom to choose the best from two departments, so that you may explore the genetics, cell biology and neurophysiology of behaviour while also learning the latest in cognition, learning, development and psychobiology. This flexible program culminates in a fourth year research thesis, which may be taken under the supervision of Psychology or Biology faculty, and hence, affords an opportunity for first hand experience in anything from clinical studies of child development, to computational neuroscience to molecular biology. The Bio-Psych program is compatible with pre-medical preparation.
